Easy Coconut Pecan Cookie
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent dinner rolls
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 1 (9.9 oz.) pkg. coconut pecan frosting mix
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Separate rolls into 2 long rectangles
and place in bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Press to seal
perforations and form a crust over the bottom of pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 5 minutes.Remove from oven and spread condensed milk
over crust. Sprinkle dry frosting mix over milk and pat firmly.
Drizzle melted margarine over all. Return to oven and bake 20 to
30 minutes or until bubbly. Cool and cut into bars. Makes 3 dozen.
Easy French Cookies
- 2 eggs (beaten in lg. bowl)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 c. hot water with 1 tsp. baking soda in it
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. raisins or chocolate chips
Beat eggs in large bowl. Add other ingredients. Do not stir other
ingredients until all are added together. Stir lightly with a spoon
just until it looks smooth and clear of flour lumps. Pour into large
cookie sheet about 18x13 inch with 1/2 inch sides. Bake for about
15-18 minutes until golden on top at 375 degrees.
